PAYMENT CONDITIONS All payments are to be made in EUR Full payment of registration is requested when registering. No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until OIC has received the payment. Payments must not involve charges for recipient. Debits to your credit card will appear as OIC Srl Florence (Italy) on the credit card statement. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Any change or cancellation must be officially submitted in writing by email to the Registration Office OIC: registrationsroundtable@oic.it. For cancellations received by 1 October 2022 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty. No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 1 October 2022. We advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures. Therefore, your cancellation request will be handled as per cancellation policy. Name changes incur a handling fee of € 50.00 per registration. For the replacement of a delegate, written permission from the originally-registered delegate will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution. Anyone unable to attend the congress for whatever reason after paying, and/or unable to transfer the registration fee to another person, must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior the above cancellation deadline dates. Anyone unable to attend the Congress for Visa rejection, the refund is granted only upon submission of the copy of visa rejection letter. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated. Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
