Important Notice for Agencies and Companies:
When registering a participant using your agency/company email, please note that the account will be linked to that specific participant.
If you need to register a different participant for another event, do not use the same account. The system will overwrite participant details across all events associated with the account, replacing previous registration information. To avoid issues, please create a new login with a different email address for each participant.

If no message will be delivered to your email box, you should "Create a new account"


Registration can be considered concluded and therefore effectively registered, only upon receipt of the confirmation email. Therefore, it is recommended to verify the completion of the procedure as described here

Please note that the visa invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting and the Organising Secretariat is not able to assist participants with their visa application and cannot intervene with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any participant.
We suggest you to apply for a short term period/touristic visa and not for business visa

For each Sponsor a limited number of registrations is included in the Sponsor package, according to the level of sponsorship.
Passes for company staff permit the access to the meeting sessions. Priority will be given to the congress delegates.

For the replacement of a delegate, written permission from the originally registered participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution. Anyone unable to attend the congress for whatever reason after paying, and/or unable to transfer the registration fee to another person, must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior the above cancellation deadline dates. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES: Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice incurs a € 30,00 administration charge. The fees will be added to the outstanding invoice.

With this new system, the customer confirms electronic payments with a password, a transaction number, or a biometric recognition system.
