Invitation letter

I need support from the Organizing Secretariat OIC to obtain an invitation letter addressed to me, with in copy to the my Hospital/Institute for their appropriate information.
Please indicate below the address of the Hospital/Institute to which the communication should be sent which, although not falling within the hypotheses subject to authorization pursuant to art. 53 Legislative Decree 165/2001, will report the specification of your name and surname for appropriate information and knowledge (therefore not anonymously).
