Participant details

A valid and unique email address of the participant is required. This is very important to ensure that the registered participant will receive all relevant communications to access the congress, the certificate of attendance and credits after the event.
To avoid any inconvenience in communications any other contact person, as company contact, can add his/her email address for correspondence in the billing information page.
Please ensure that if you provide your institutional email address, you check with your IT department that our email address registrationegsmm@oic.it is not blocked or marked as spam. Otherwise, you may not receive confirmation emails and important event-related information.

For any change or cancellation a written notification must be sent to: registrationicgs@oic.it For cancellations received by 27 January 2026 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty. No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 28 January 2026. Name changes incur a handling fee of € 39,00 per registration. Anyone unable to attend the congress, for whatever reasons, after paying and/or unable to transfer the registration fee to another person, must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior the above cancellation deadline dates, no further claims for reimbursement can be made. Anyone unable to attend the congress for VISA rejection, refund will be granted only if a copy of your visa rejection letter is provided. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated. Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to illness, visa rejection, or other personal circumstances. To protect yourself against unexpected situations, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. INSURANCE Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before attending the congress. Please note that registration fees do not include any insurance coverage, and OIC does not provide insurance of any kind for attendees. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure they have adequate health and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.

Payment

Please ensure that your credit card is enable for the 3D Secure protocol before beginning the registration process. If your payment fails, please contact your credit card issuer for assistance.

With this new system, the customer confirms electronic payments with a password, a transaction number, or a biometric recognition system. 
The system chosen depends on the bank; for example, many banks have set up a specific App or developed a code generator system.
This way, a potential attacker can no longer make purchases alone using stolen credit card details such as a card number or a PIN.

Note that your registration cannot be confirmed without a valid credit card payment. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the transaction is successfully completed.
