TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration is mandatory for participation in the scientific sessions PAYMENT CONDITIONS All payments are to be made in Euro. Full payment of all items is requested when registering. No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until OIC has received the payment. Payments must not involve charges for recipient. Debits to your credit card will appear as OIC Srl Florence (Italy) on the credit card statement. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY Any change or cancellation must be officially submitted in writing by email to the Registration Office OIC: registrationgsc2026@oic.it For cancellations received by February 27, 2026 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty For cancellations received by April 27, 2026 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty. No refund will be processed for cancellations received after April 27, 2026. Name changes incur a handling fee of € 50.00 per registration. For the replacement of a delegate, written permission from the originally-registered delegate will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution. If you are unable to attend the congress after completing payment—and are also unable to transfer your registration to someone else—you must cancel your registration. To receive a refund, your cancellation request must be submitted by April 27, 2026. Anyone unable to attend the Congress for Visa rejection, the refund is granted only upon submission of the copy of visa rejection letter. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated. Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to illness, visa rejection, or other personal circumstances. To protect yourself against unexpected situations, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. INSURANCE Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before attending the congress. Please note that registration fees do not include any insurance coverage, and AO does not provide insurance of any kind for attendees. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure they have adequate health and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
