PAYMENT All payments are to be made in Euro Full payment of all items is requested when registering. No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until OIC has received the payment Payments must not involve charges for recipient Debits to your credit card will appear as OIC Srl Florence (Italy) on the credit card statement CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All individual and group modifications, and replacement requests must be officially submitted by email to the Registration Office OIC E-mail: registrationfaceahead@oic.it For cancellations received by February 5, 2022 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty. For cancellations received by April 5, 2022 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty. No refund will be processed for cancellations received after April 5, 2022. For change from in-person to online and vice versa any difference will be reimbursed if required by April 5, 2022. We advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures. Therefore, your cancellation request will be handled as per cancellation policy. Name changes incur a handling fee of € 50.00 per registration. For the replacement of a delegate, written permission from the originally-registered delegate will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution. Anyone unable to attend the congress for whatever reason after paying, and/or unable to transfer the registration fee to another person, must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior the above cancellation deadline dates. Anyone unable to attend the Congress for Visa rejection, the refund is granted only upon submission of the copy of visa rejection letter. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated. Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
