Do you need an invitation letter for visa application?

Participants should contact the Belgium Embassy or Consulate in their home country promptly to confirm their travel visa requirements. It is each participant’s responsibility to secure the necessary visa for attending the congress. The OIC Group is unable to assist with visa applications and cannot engage with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of participants.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES: Name changes incur a handling fee of € 50,00 per registration. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to illness, visa rejection, or other personal circumstances. To protect yourself against unexpected situations, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. INSURANCE Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before attending the congress. Please note that registration fees do not include any insurance coverage, and OIC does not provide insurance of any kind for attendees. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure they have adequate health and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
