Please note that when you register a participant using your agency/company email address, the account will be linked only to that participant.

If you need to register another participant, you must create a new account with a different email address.
If your account already exists but the name doesn’t match the participant (from previous events), changing it will erase the previous registration history.

Participant details

A valid and unique email address of the participant is required. This is very important to ensure that the registered participant will receive all relevant communications to access the congress, the certificate of attendance and credits after the event.
To avoid any inconvenience in communications any other contact person, as company contact, can add his/her email address for correspondence in the billing information page

Cancellation policy valid for individual bookings: Until 90 days before the event (by February 28, 2026) one overnight cost will be charged as penalty charge. Until 45 days before the event (by April 16, 2026) 90% of the total reservation cost will be charged as penalty charge. No refunds will be processed for cancellations received received after April 16, 2026. Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice incurs a € 30,00 administration charge. Anyone unable to attend the congress for VISA rejection, refund will be granted only if a copy of your visa rejection letter is provided. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated. Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

Important: Online Payment

Starting September 2019, new European regulations for online credit card payments require the 3D Secure verification. This adds extra protection by asking for a password, code, or biometric confirmation from your bank. 

Please ensure your credit card is enabled for international transactions in the Eurozone. If your payment fails, please contact your credit card issuer for assistance.

Registration will be confirmed once your credit card payment is successfully processed. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
