Participant Details

A valid and unique email address of the participant is required. This is very important to ensure that the registerd participant will receive all relevant communications to access the event and the certificate of attendance.
To avoid any inconvenience in communications any other contact person, as company contact, can add his/her email address for correspondence in the billing information page.

Please note that the visa invitation letter only aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Meeting and the Organising Secretariat is not able to assist participants with their visa application and cannot intervene with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any participant.

Data Processing Consent

All payments are to be made in Euro
Full payment of all items is requested when registering. No confirmation will be sent until OIC has received the payment

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any change or cancellation a written notification must be sent to OIC to: registrationec2026@oic.it
For cancellations received by 10 April 2026 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty
For cancellations received by 10 June 2026 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty
No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 10 June 2026
- If you are unable to attend the Congress because you were denied a Visa to enter the country, you will be granted a refund only if you submit a copy of your visa rejection letter. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to illness, visa rejection, or other personal circumstances. To protect yourself against unexpected situations, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

INSURANCE

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before attending the congress. Please note that registration fees do not include any insurance coverage, and OIC does not provide insurance of any kind for attendees. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure they have adequate health and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.

Liability disclaimer:
In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, OIC shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the event. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.

All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

OIC will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the Congress, by any factor whatever, unless there has been a fault, intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of OIC.
OIC shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the Event

The 3D Secure method is a security protocol that increases safeguards when paying via credit card online.
With this new system, the customer confirms electronic payments with a password, a transaction number or a biometric recognition system.
The system chosen depends on the bank; for example, many banks have set up a specific App or developed a code generator system.
