PAYMENT CONDITIONS: All payments are to be made in Euro Full payment of all items is requested when registering. No confirmation will be sent until OIC has received the payment Payments must not involve charges for recipient Debits to your credit card will appear as OIC Srl Florence (Italy) on the credit card statement The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa/MasterCard Payment by bank transfer are accepted up to the late fee deadline of 15 January 2022 Cash payment in Euros will be accepted on-site CANCELLATION POLICY: For registrations made on or after 6 April 2020, we advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated government measures. Therefore, your cancellation request will be handled as per cancellation policy. Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to OIC to: registrationicgs@oic.it For cancellations received by 15 November 2021 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% that will be invoiced as penalty For cancellations received up to and including 15 January 2022 the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 16 January 2022 Anyone unable to attend the congress for whatever reason after paying, and/or unable to transfer the registration fee to another person, must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior the above cancellation deadline dates. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Anyone unable to attend the congress for VISA rejaction, refund will be granted only if a copy of your visa rejection letter is provided. The refund will be issued less the cancellation fee above stated. Please note that no refunds will be issued for additional fees paid for express shipping of invitation letters ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES: Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice incurs a € 30,00 administration charge. The fees will be added to the outstanding invoice. Name changes incur a handling fee of € 50,00 per registration. The fees will be added to the outstanding invoice. Liability disclaimer: In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, OIC shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the event. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change. All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance. OIC will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the Congress, by any factor whatever, unless there has been a fault, intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of OIC. OIC shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the Event.
